Rangel said she thought the team did very well considering all the emotions because of Senior Day.

Lindsay Cline, sophomore third and first baseman, continued the rally with another RBI double to take a 2-0 lead.
The Lady Rams put another run on the board in the fourth inning after a lead-off single by Courtney Orebaugh, senior outfielder, which got her on third base. Ashley Seibel, sophomore second baseman, picked up an RBI off of a fly to center-field to make it a 3-0 ball game.

“The games were definitely bitter-sweet. We had great games both Saturday and Sunday, coming out with a sweep on Huston-Tillotson,” Orebaugh said.
Orebaugh said that it was sad that this game was their last of the regular conference games.
“Seven of us will never play again. I wouldnt choose a better way to go out,” Orebauh said.

Akin said Senior Day turned out great.
“Now, for the rest of the season we are going to keep working on defense, offense and staying in shape. We are continuing to keep going strong until conference. Our team motto is all or nothing,” Akin said.
