From water dunking to getting down and dirty with mud Ram Camp was the place to be on August 19, 2013.

Ram Camp is an annual event to let incoming students and current students get to know one another and get a feel for the campus. Participating in Ram Camp also allows you to earn a new Wesleyan shirt to show off your new-found school pride. Students put together many events including 24 hours of theater where students did everything from writing to directing their play.

Tyler Méndez, a double major in political science with pre-law emphasis and English writing said, “There’s that awkward freshman moment when your holding your lunch plate and you’re like ‘who am I going to eat with?’, so it’s like ‘I was in your group, we went through that together.’”

Students were dancing and hanging out at Dora’s where they were listening to Treasure by Bruno Mars and enjoying each others company. Méndez said, “We have a great group of counselors this year.
