Theatre Wesleyan announces the original one-act plays selected for the next Play market presentation:
“In and Between,” act one, tells the touching stories of a young man with a cello, he cannot play. Also this play features an elderly gentleman who hasn’t a friend in the world except his whittling knife, and a wild young girl who grew up devoid of human interaction in the forest where the two men now find themselves unable to leave.
“In and Between” features Jeremy Jackson ,Colton Mallory, Laura Hemingway, and Krystalyn Lasater.
“The Flush Heard Around the World” is a fast-paced comedy, which follows the story of a man who attempted to do something that no man had done before.
He attempts to create the world’s first flush toilet!
Based on historical fact, this often embarrassing comedy will tickle your funny bone and have you laughing out loud.
This production features Trey Cardona, Kristi Taylor, Allen Dean, and many more.
Admission is free & no reservations are necessary. There will be a short talk-back session with the playwrights after each reading.
