Texas Wesleyan’s 2015 Homecoming King and Queen are tentatively scheduled to be crowned on Thursday, according to txwes.edu.
The crowning will be part of the faculty/staff vs. student basketball game, which is – again, tentatively – scheduled to be played from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The game, originally scheduled for last Tuesday, was cancelled due to the weather.
Saturday’s Homecoming events were cancelled due to the weather. However, the men’s and women’s basketball games were played as scheduled.
In the first game, the Lady Rams defeated Southwestern Assemblies of God University 63-61. In the second game, Southwestern beat the Rams 87-79.
