Texas Wesleyan is hosting its first Are You Smarter than a Librarian? event on Saturday.

Held in partnership with the Fort Worth Library, the event features students testing their knowledge against Wesleyan librarians via ten trivia questions.

The event starts at 2 p.m. in the West Library orientation room.

“Kaeli Vandertulip, who is a professor and a librarian, is our contestant,” said Elizabeth Howard, digital repository and collections librarian.

There are two more events scheduled for the semester, Howard said.

“The next event is April 25, and it is a panel on social issues and how they’re related to comic books,” Howard said.

The third event, a book cover quiz, is May 2. Covers are taken off books and students have to guess the title and the author.

Questions should be directed to Howard at (817)-531-4818, or ehoward@txwes.edu.
