Karen Gutierrez, Content Producer
Karen is a junior political science major with minors in history and mass communications. Although she was born in Virginia, Karen was raised in Fort Worth, Texas, where she found a strong sense of community and a desire to advocate for it. Through her studies in political science, she developed a newfound appreciation for the role of journalism in democracy. Karen hopes to use journalism to serve her community. When she is not with family or at school, she can be found at local coffee shops, thrift stores, or nearby trails. The Rambler is a gift to Karen, and she is eager to write meaningful stories.
