Recently, Asian hate crimes have increased in the United States in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. Asian Americans have experienced increase in violent attacks and have been blamed for the virus. This has been medically and scientifically disproven, but many individuals continue on with racial mindsets, destroying the Asian community’s view of what they thought to be a “welcoming America.”
